The programme provides both training, support and intervention to schools with SGB challenges or where schools are identified as having challenges. This may include SMTs.
It provides focused training, support and intervention by doing the following:
Conducting a baseline study to inform project interventions
Developing support strategies for schools as per identified issues from the baseline report.
Implementing a monitoring and evaluation process to inform the intervention.
Target Audience
Schools with dysfunctional SGBs
