Assist newly elected SGBs to develop a three year strategic plan based on the mission statement of the school, and also to assist individual SGBs to be focused and directed in their activities.
The programme covers some of the following topics: initiating mission of the school for three years; SGBs prioritizing their projects according to SDP; Identification of school needs; monitoring effectiveness of teaching and learning process; providing information of the school budget; stipulating priorities for the budget; and evaluating the success of the changes made during 3 years of SDP lifespan
