Train and support SGB in the management of school infrastructure – in order to improve planning for maintenance, funding maintenance projects, accountability.
Provide a toolkit with guidance on how to manage minor infrastructural challenges and within reasonable timeframes.
Provide SGBs with guidelines on how to deal with major infrastructural challenges and what procedures to follow to alert the relevant authorities.
