Outcomes
At the end of the Induction workshop SGBs will be able to:
- Know and understand generic legislations and their application
- Be able to understand their roles and responsibilities within the school governance structure
- Differentiate between the roles of school governance and professional management

The induction workshop will cover the following:
- Unit 1: Legislative Framework
- Unit 2: An outline of all the programmes
- Unit 3: Governance and Professional Management
- Unit 4: How to conduct a meeting
- Unit 5: Roles and responsibilities of Office Bearers
